About this tool
How it works.
Put desk numbers on the wheel and call names, or put names on the wheel and work through the desks. No Repeats makes sure every seat is filled exactly once and nobody is left standing at the back. Delete the desks you donβt use so the wheel matches the room youβre actually teaching in.
Everything is editable. Replace the list with your own, weight an entry by adding x3 after it, or switch draw modes above the entry box. Nothing is saved to a server, so your list stays in this browser.
What people use it for
- Making a new seating chart
- Separating two talkers
- Resetting seats after a term
Tip
Do the seating live at the start of a lesson rather than posting a finished chart, because a result everyone watched is much harder to negotiate with.
Is it free?
Yes. This and all 52 other tools on the site are free with no account, no subscription, and no usage limit. You can use it in class, at work, in a giveaway, or on stream without asking permission.
