About this tool
How it works.
Paste a roster, choose how many teams you need, and deal. Everyone goes out round-robin so team sizes stay within one of each other, even when the numbers donβt divide cleanly. Re-deal as many times as you like, because nobody sees the assignment coming. Copy Link sends the finished split to the group chat.
Everything is editable. Replace the list with your own, weight an entry by adding x3 after it, or switch draw modes above the entry box. Nothing is saved to a server, so your list stays in this browser.
What people use it for
- Splitting a five-a-side squad
- Making workshop breakout groups
- Dividing a game night
Tip
Add anyone who might turn up late before you deal, because dropping a name in after the split means re-dealing the whole thing to keep it fair.
Is it free?
Yes. This and all 52 other tools on the site are free with no account, no subscription, and no usage limit. You can use it in class, at work, in a giveaway, or on stream without asking permission.
